Jen is an Erie native and graduated from TONI AND GUY HAIRDRESSING ACADEMY in September of 2003.  She began Charisma Salon in December of 2003 and has been the owner of it since.  During that time she has taken further educational classes in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Miami and New York City, as well as becoming certified as a colorist in the following colorlines: Wella, Loreal, Framesi and Logics.  Jen is always up for a challenge and loves updating her portfolio with new and exciting cutting and coloring techniques.  Color is her specialty, whether it be corrective or creative, her extensive knowledge is sure to make you happy with the results.
